He is very rude and is often seen belching, possibly drunk. Also he is often hitting on women, such as Ms. Endive.

- He has the ability to control the size of his flame.
- He may have a crush on Ms. Endive as seen in The Apprentice Games.
- Stilton is voiced by Stephen Root, better known for voicing both Bill Dauterive and Buck Strickland from King of the Hill and later Budd Gleeful in Gravity Falls.
- Him being named after the Stilton blue cheese and having an impolite personality was likely the fact that C.H. Greenblatt dislikes blue cheese.
