Sugar Sapphires are black, coal like substances but with enough pressure and heat, they transform into sapphires. They're usually found underground. Sugar sapphires are also known as rock candy. In the episode "The Heist", Chowder finds them while digging in the kitchen. Suprised at the sapphire, they dig for the sapphires and eventually end up under Endive's building.

To make the sugar sapphires, they have to:
-Buried the sugar coal into the ground
-They absorb there pressure from Monday to Friday night.
-They become sugar sapphires
