Mung Daal takes Chowder and Shnitzel on a fishing cruise, only to find that it is a party cruise run by Reuben. Eventually, the karaoke, the hula dancing, the yoga lesson, the shuffleboard game, the hula hoops, and the Group Cannon Ball infuriate Mung, but Mung finally catches a bite, which is from a Bluffer Fish. After reeling it in, Mung finally pulls up the Bluffer Fish and laughs but Chowder, while square dancing with Shnitzel and Reuben, scoots his booty and bumps into Mung's back, causing Mung to accidentally let go of his fishing pole, causing it to be pulled away from Mung by the Bluffer Fish, much to Mung's despair as Mung shouts "NO!", indirectly freeing the Bluffer Fish, while the Bluffer Fish breaks Mung's fishing pole, blows a raspberry at Mung, and gets away. This results in Mung undergoing a violent fit of rage which causes his rectum to recede into his body, pulling his spine with it and scrunching Mung down to the size of Chowder, whom he's normally much taller than. He reprimands Chowder in a rather unnerving way, saying "Chowder, sweetheart, dear boy...The bluffer fish got away! Because you and your friend Shnitzel wanted to be a couple of good-time Charlies!", only to see two Charlies actually show up, telling them that being the Charlies is silly, then go to have a good time. Reuben wants the music on, but Mung finally has enough of the insanity of it all, and decides to turn the boat around,
but Reuben declares "Oh, no, you don't, your pooper!" and beats Mung to the steering wheel, but the two fight for control of the ship, and Mung attempts to throw Reuben overboard, but Chowder stops him. Mung tells his apprentice to move since what he is doing is a man's job and Chowder refused to be a man. The latter retorts, saying "Well, this non-man isn't going anywhere if being a man means he has to live in a world where men can't party and fish together." Mung finally realizes the pain and admits that while men can live in such a world, he was only jealous that Chowder and Shnitzel would choose Reuben over him. Chowder apologizes, saying that he was only bored of Mung, and he didn't mean to hurt his cooking master. The two of them then reconciled with a hug.
Mung tells Reuben to turn the ship around so they can return home but the latter refuses to surrender. Mung discovers a certificate that states the boat belongs to Aldershotz and Frump, revealing that Reuben stole it. Just then, the Shmoast Guard shows up with Aldershotz and Frump, who came to get their boat back. Reuben retreats, but a yellow Bluffer Fish eats him, along with his motorboat. Mung, Chowder, and Schnitzel are finally free to fish, but they are arrested. Mung is relieved for the peace and quiet but finds the guests in the same police cab with them, and this makes Mung cry hysterically as the episode ends.
