"The Spookiest House in Marzipan" is episode 42a of Season 3 of Chowder.

Plot[]

The episode starts with a puppet Gazpacho, who is dressed as Dracula. He tells the story of the Spookiest House in Marzipan.

Chowder is picked to deliver an order to the Spooky House. He wants Gazpacho to help him and persuades him by telling a secret: Gazpacho wears his underwear in the shower since he's scared of being completely naked. They get Gorgonzola, who tries to deliver the order, but is scared mostly by a group of trees' terrible joke. Gazpacho is knocked out and Chowder and Gorgonzola are in front of Mung Daal's Catering Company. Panini then comes with a cake and Gorgonzola says maybe they should give the cake to whoever's inside,

Chowder starts to sob ,crying, "No, not the cake! Anything but the cake!" Chowder then gets a bat(or a fish) and is prepared to knock out whoever owns the house. However, a strange cloud drags Gorgonzola and Panini inside. Chowder goes inside and finds Gazpacho, or his mother, who sounds like Gazpacho.

Trivia[]

The ending is a parody of the 1960 film Psycho.
This is the second episode to be a story narrated by Gazpacho, the first being Hey, Hey It's Knishmas!.
Mölten Steel was only used for an ironic gag, as Chowder fell asleep when their song was playing.
